To be paid on the spot:

• Refundable Security Deposit (mandatory): € 300.00 (cash)
• Tourist tax (mandatory): € 1.50/person per day
• Bed linen (weekly changed): €25.00/ person per change
  Towels (additional set): € 15.00€ per change
• Housekeeping : price on demand
• Extra Bed: € 50.00 /week
• Welcome Dinner: to be arranged with the owner
• Cooking lessons: to be arranged with the owner
• Private chef: to be arranged with the owner
• Air conditioning: € 0.90/kWh
• Bike: to be arranged with the owner
• Pool heating: € 300.00 at first start, then  according to consumption (€0.90/khw)
• Late Arrival (after 23:00): € 30.00
• Pre-arrival grocery service: € 30.00

In case of cancellation of the booking, 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 30 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

If the renter (the person in whose name the booking is made, to whom all correspondence is addressed, and, as such, is responsible for the rental) is unable to travel due to an official Lockdown in place at the time of the arrival with country or regional border closed in the country of origin or destination, starting from 14 days prior to arrival (14-0) only then will it be possible to cancel the booking with no penalty. The renter will, therefore, receive a full refund via the payment method used at the time of booking or a voucher for the same amount to be used for a future booking.
