The villa is located on a nice hill, perched above the valley with a view that is spectacular, isolated from the rest of the world, a place, which is all your own. Yes, there are some neighbors across the dirt road, but once facing the Tuscan hills, it is just you and a sense of serenity. The architecture is amazing, an ancient, restored villa, in a modern way with a warm a typical touch of Tuscan style and maintaining the integrity and history. The villa has a huge kitchen area with an island to cook and a place to put all the needs, utensils, pots and pans, silverware and so forth. Everything was beautifully laid out and a brand-new oven, ceramic, and an area to eat. A huge living room with comfortable sofa to read and relax. At this level, also a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The best part is at the upper level, many rooms, and many bathrooms!!! We stayed in a superior room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The room has a big balcony and to stay to admire the private garden and the beautiful hills in the distance. Sunset is spectacular with the wonderful colors. The villa has a huge garden, a garden where also kids can run in and around safely and on the trees, they have set a swing, and then a huge pool to relax with warm water and much more. On the other side, a wonderful jacuzzi with warm water to relax and enjoy the amazing panorama. What we have really loved is the huge green area with different varieties of trees including fig, grape and apple where you can take a walk and meditate. The plus of this villa is the location in the countryside in a very quiet and private area. Privacy is guaranteed, but, as well, the area is well connected from the small towns. In 15 minutes, you can reach Castel Fiorentino and Certaldo or just to explore the green hills, so you are very close, yet, very far away from the craziness of civilization, and the ability to relax is there for you with everything you will need.
